VTG Sears “The Fashion Place” 1970’s Puffer Jacket/Vest Women’s Size M
This vintage jacket is in good vintage condition. The sleeves zip off to make it a vest. It is a quilted puffer with light and dark gray with a plum/ burgundy colored neck, upper bodice and sleeves. On initial inspection for flaws, it looked great! However, before I list something, I very carefully inspect it and I did find some issues, ( all in inconspicuous places). There is a small nick in the piping (less than 1/4”) on the edge of the left shoulder where the sleeve zips off (see photo 15) On the same side on the back, it looks like the sticker label was left on and when removed it left a discoloration upper left shoulder and onto upper sleeve. (see photo 16 & 17). On the backside of the right sleeve, there are a few small spots (see photo 18) on the back of the left sleeve there is a tiny hole smaller in size than the head of a straight pin. (See photo 19) These are all pretty inconspicuous and do not deter from the overall look of the jacket. All zippers work, the colors are non faded and the filling is still puffy.
